This website does not collect your name, your email address or your phone number, because there is nowhere on it to enter them. Every booking happens through WhatsApp or a phone call, both of which you start.

Nothing. There is no analytics on this site, no cookies, and no third-party trackers. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels, and the pages make no requests to anyone else's servers.

TODO:REAL-DATA — if analytics is added later, this section has to be updated before it goes live, and a cookie notice may be needed depending on what is used.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms, and we keep the thread so we have a record of what you asked for and what we quoted. If you ring us, your number appears on our phone.

We use that contact detail to arrange and carry out your repair, and to sort out anything that goes wrong afterwards under the warranty. We do not sell it, share it or add you to a marketing list.

Your phone stays in front of you for the whole repair. For a screen or a battery we do not need your passcode and we will not ask for it. We do not open your photos, your messages or anything else.

For a small number of repairs — water damage in particular — we may need to switch the phone on to test it. We will tell you at the time exactly what we need and why, and you can stay and watch.

You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it, and we will. Message or ring on the numbers on this site.
