How long does it take?
Most repairs are 20–40 minutes. Water damage and board-level work take longer and we always tell you before you book.
How do I book?

What if you cannot fix it?
You pay nothing. We will tell you straight if a repair is not worth the money and point you at a decent second-hand replacement instead.
Is there a warranty?
Twelve months on parts and labour. Accidental damage after the repair is not covered — everything else is.
What about my photos and messages?
Your phone stays in front of you the entire time and we never need your passcode for a screen or battery. We do not access anything.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash or bank transfer, at the end, once it works.
